I absolutely love the Lap Pack concept and product.

I have been in a wheelchair for 33 years and live a very active lifestyle. I do a bit of everything including dishes, yard work, hunting, and snowmobiling. We even have a family farm and pond where we hang out with the animals and do some fishing. I have also been fortunate to travel the world as a member of our United States Wheelchair Basketball Team. As a person who spends my life sitting down, it seems my lap catches everything and my pants and clothes are constantly dirty. Additionally, my hands seem to collect dust and dirt and mud from my wheels and I am always tempted to wipe them off on my pants.

Your Lap Pack seems to solve all of these problems for me – plus more. I could go on and on.

For instance, when I fish at the pond, I love carrying some of my fishing supplies and tools in the pockets of the Lap Pack. I used to carry them on my lap and they would fall off or fall down between my legs and I was always loosing things. This past summer I was using an electric blower at the barn and I kept setting it on my lap each time I needed to move and readjust to a new location. It didn’t seem too hot but over the course of one hour I cooked a four inch section of my thigh. I went to a burn unit and still have a huge scar above my left knee. So, safety is another benefit of your wonderful creation. I am hoping that I can get a few more so that I can have them available at my house, our cabin, and the barn. I am even going to keep one in my van because they are so handy in many situations.

Ok, enough but I think you can see that I am a huge fan of the Lap Pack.

I use my apron for two activities and find it very helpful..

I enjoy gardening in the summer and I use the apron to carry tools and things. It also keeps my clothes clean when I carry fruits, veggies or even fertilizer. I have enjoyed having it for both utility of carrying and also just keeping clean.

The other thing I do a lot is go shooting pistols in the winter and shooting shotguns in the warmer months..

My son and I both shoot trap pretty well, and this necessitates cleaning guns and they are dirty and oily. So once again, the protection of clothing is a nice thing. In this case I usually don’t carry stuff; it just sits on the bench. But overall, it is a handy thing to have. It beats using towels and rags and things like that!

As a gunsmith I’m working in my shop nearly every day – and I always have on the Lap Pack.

It’s great for keeping my pants free of gun oil, grease, and metal shavings. And I always have a few tools stored in the pockets which makes them easy to get to when I need them. Some days I wonder how I managed before I got the Lap Pack.

I purchased the Lap Pack for work but now I’m anxious to use it when I go hunting. I hunt with both a bow and a rifle. Once again it will help keep my pants cleaner but it will also be convenient for carrying items that are important to be able to access easily when on a hunt. I could carry ammunition, gloves, calls, first aid kit, water bottle, a sandwich and some granola/chocolate bars. I hate carrying this stuff in a backpack since it’s such a hassle getting into it. With the Lap Pack everything is right there in front of me where it’s easy to grab. Not sure if you planned it or not but the color of the pack is great for hunting as well.
